Home Care Professionals was created in 1992 by caregivers and is run by caregivers! In fact, many of the caregivers employed at HCP became professionals in their chosen career after having cared for loved ones who were no longer able to care for themselves. For those reasons, we fully understand how important it is for your loved one to be able to remain at home where he or she will be the happiest and most content AND we also understand how important it is to the dignity and self-esteem of your loved one to remain as independent and self-reliant as possible, for as long as possible.
